Pyongyang, June 26 (KCNA) -- Wheat and barley are being harvested at the final stage on farms of Nampho Municipality in the DPRK.
Many farms and workteams in the municipality, including the Taedae Vegetable Farm in Waudo District, take the lead in harvesting.
They set a harvesting order according to different fields and kinds of crop and concentrated labor and means on the fields of high ripening rates to finish harvesting in a short span of time.
Jisa and Sinhung farms in Hanggu District and the Kumsong Farm in Onchon County raised the operation rate of combine harvesters, small rice harvesters and other farm machines to finish the wheat and barley harvesting in the main area.
The Yaksu Farm and the Tokhung Farm in Kangso District have increased the harvest results every day by rationally allocating labor and conducting socialist emulation.
The Kangson Farm in Chollima District and other farms are carrying harvested wheat and barley in good time and pushing ahead with threshing. -0-
