Mass resistance is intensified in the Republic of Korea day by day to impeach puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is strengthening the war alliance with the United States and Japan to increase the nuclear war crisis and driving the society to ruin with fascist dictatorship and arbitrariness.

What is noteworthy is that a petition campaign for claiming immediate submission of the proposal of Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment was launched and people from all walks of life are actively joining in it.

The people's petition campaign started through an article blogged by a co-representative of the Candlelight Action. The number of petitioners exceeded 100,000 four days later on June 24, 200,000 on the 26th, 300,000 on the 27th, 500,000 on the 28th and 630,000 as of the 29th.

Amid the mounting campaign, the 96th candlelight rally and demonstration took place in Seoul on June 29 under the theme; "Let's Impeach Yoon Suk Yeol with Strong Will and Firm Spirit!".

Through an electronic display at the venue of the rally, the participants confirmed in real time the number of petitioners demanding the submission of the proposal of Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment.

Speakers at the rally said the people's petition campaign is an explosion of the candle holders' anger at the murderous maladministration of Yoon Suk Yeol, and denounced him for causing war disaster and catastrophes in diplomacy and people's living every day in submission to the United States and Japan.

An appeal titled "You Cannot Be Pardoned" was read out at the rally.

Then, the participants staged a demonstration.

Another rally was held after the demonstration. Speakers at the rally said Yoon Suk Yeol is as perilous as a light exposed to wind and that the current situation suggests that his impeachment is near at hand. They called on the people of broad stripes to vigorously turn out in the struggle for hastening the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol, holding candles in their hands.

Meanwhile, the struggle of organizations of different circles is going on every day in demand of the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol who is increasing war crisis with frantic military drills as a stooge of the United States and Japan.

Media of the Republic of Korea reported on the struggle of the people from all walks of life under different titles including "96th Grand Candlelight March Held". They said the number of petitioners for the impeachment of Yoon Suk Yeol exceeded 630,000 before the start of the main rally and perhaps that's why the participants called for his impeachment in high spirits. They added that future candlelight struggle for Yoon Suk Yeol's impeachment is further expected.
