Young people in South Phyongan Province are more fully displaying their patriotism in today's struggle for the overall development of the state in response to the decisions of the Tenth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
More than 150 youngsters in the province volunteered to work at coal mines and other difficult and challenging sectors seething with the implementation of the Party decisions.
A meeting of congratulating the volunteers was held in the city of Phyongsong on the 4th.
Present there were Ri Kyong Chol, Chief Secretary of the South Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, youth league officials and young people. Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and there were congratulatory address and speeches.
A performance was also given in congratulation of the volunteers. Officials and young people encouraged the volunteers leaving for their new revolutionary posts, presenting them with bouquets.
