July 17 this year marks the significant 12th anniversary of conferment of the title of Marshal of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.

Kim Jong Un, who is demonstrating the dignity and might of the country all over the world with the spirit of sure victory, matchless courage and confidence and outstanding and seasoned leadership, is a symbol of mightiness of our state and the banner of all victory and glory.

Coping with the daily-increasing aggressive war moves of the imperialists, he regarded the firm military upper hand of our state as an essential requirement of the developing revolution and energetically led the work.

Thanks to his devoted efforts, multiple and consecutive successes were made one after another on the untrodden path of developing Juche-based weapons.

Powerful tactical guided weapons of Korean style which were put on highly sophisticated and intelligent basis were developed in a short span of time under his direct initiative and meticulous guidance and the first H-bomb test, test-firing of different offensive means and nuclear warhead explosion test were conducted with success in 2016 alone.

The intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) "Hwasong-14" was test-fired with success on July 4, 2017, the ICBM "Hwasong-15" on November 29, 2017, the new-type submarine-launched ballistic missile "Pukguksong-3" in October 2019, the new-type ICBM "Hwasongpho-17" on March 24, 2022, "unmanned underwater nuclear attack vessel 'Haeil'", the underwater strategic weapon system, in March 2023 and the new-type ICBM "Hwasongpho-18" on April 13, 2023.

The Seventh Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea adopted a law on the policy of nuclear forces of the state in September 2022. And in September 2023, the Ninth Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly adopted a law to the effect that the country's right to existence and development shall be ensured, war deterred and regional and global peace protected by rapidly developing nuclear weapons to a higher level.

The adoption of the DPRK's nuclear force-building policy as the basic law of the state has made it possible to provide a powerful political lever for remarkably strengthening the national defence capabilities, including the nuclear force, for firmly consolidating the institutional and legal foundations for guaranteeing security and protecting national interests by relying on it, and for accelerating the overall development of Korean-style socialism.

The military parade for celebrating the 75th founding anniversary of the Korean People's Army held in February Juche 112(2023) clearly convinced the whole world of the strongest entity with absolute strength to mercilessly wipe out all the evils and unjust forces and the spirit of the invincible army that can completely defeat any formidable enemy.

Han Kyong Rim, Researcher of the Academy of Social Sciences, says:

"The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un guided the nuclear weaponization on March 27, 2023.

That day he said: The enemy our nuclear forces with powerful nuclear deterrence should fight is not a country or a specific group but the war and nuclear disaster themselves. The line of our Party on increasing the nuclear forces is precisely aimed at defending the eternal security of the state and the regional peace and stability.

We should never rest content with the work to strengthen the thorough responding posture of our nuclear forces but keep striving to strengthen the nuclear forces constantly. When we are perfectly prepared to use nuclear weapons anytime and anywhere, we may not use nuclear weapons forever.

When the powerful and overwhelming nuclear forces beyond imagination maintain offensive posture, the enemy will be afraid of us and cannot dare to provoke our sovereignty, system and people, he stressed."

As said above, Kim Jong Unconsolidated the strongest national defence capabilities to completely outplay the ringleader of imperialism and make the Korean people and posterity lead a happy and comfortable life without knowing the ravages of war forever in the dignified and powerful country. His immortal exploits will shine for all ages.
