The European regional seminar "In Memory of the Great President Kim Il Sung" was held in Berlin on the 8th on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the demise of the great leader Kim Il Sung under the co-sponsorship of the European Regional Committee for Friendship with the Korean People and the German Chapter of the Korean Friendship Association.
Present at the seminar were personages of the European Regional Committee for Friendship with the Korean People, the Asia-Pacific Regional Committee for Friendship and Solidarity with the Korean People, and friendship and solidarity organizations and chapters of the Korean Friendship Association in different countries.
A keynote report was made by the Chairman of the Switzerland-Korea Committee who is Vice-Chairman of the European Regional Committee for Friendship with the Korean People, which was followed by speeches.
The reporter and speakers praised the ideological and theoretical exploits of Kim Il Sung as well as his achievements for national liberation, victory in the Fatherland Liberation War and the Party founding and nation building. They stressed that President Kim Il Sung who left clear traces in the history of modern Korea is remembered by all people as an unparalleled hero, uncommon great saint and staunch anti-imperialist fighter.
They said the Democratic People's Republic of Korea President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il founded and led to prosperity is demonstrating its might as a world military power under the leadership of His Excellency Kim Jong Un.
A message to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the seminar.
