The Korean Central News Agency released a commentary under the title "Regular Dispatch of Troops Overseas Is a Prelude to Reinvasion".
The commentary said:
Some time ago, the Japanese reactionaries concluded an "agreement of smoothness" with the Philippines, whose keynote is to allow the deployment of their armed forces in each territory. It is aimed at further expanding the range of advance of the "Self-Defence Forces" overseas under the signboard of "peace" and "prosperity" and thus realize their old dream of "Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere" at any cost.
What is serious is that descendants of samurais are dispatched overseas in close combination with the dangerous joint military exercises which can go over to a war of aggression at any time. As regards the conclusion of the "agreement of smoothness", Japan schemes to inveigle its "Self-Defence Forces" into the joint military exercises between the United States and the Philippines which are conducted around the Philippines every year.
It is a cunning plot of Japan to put the troop dispatch overseas on a usual and regular basis by frequently dispatching the "Self-Defence Forces" overseas and staging overseas military exercises under different pretexts, blur the eyes of alertness and concern of the international community focused on the militarists and make "immunity" and thus take the road of reinvasion at any cost.
The international community should further heighten vigilance against the moves of the Japanese reactionaries for reinvasion, who inflicted tremendous damages upon humanity in the last century, the commentary noted.
