The service personnel of the People's Army are growing into a-match-for-a-hundred combatants under the guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

Kim Jong Un energetically guided the drills of several units of the People's Army this year.

On March 15, he guided training of air-borne units of the Korean People's Army.

The training was aimed at inspecting the paratroopers' readiness to be mobilized for any operational plan in surprise wartime circumstances and judging their actual war capabilities adapted to different combat action procedures.

"That day, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un said the People's Army should conduct every round of training under the simulated conditions of an actual war in order to prepare the soldiers to be stalwart fighters capable of fighting. He called for organizing in a methodological way scientific combat training to proactively cope with various topographical, meteorological and round-the-clock conditions and intensive exercises to get familiar with the action procedures under the extreme conditions and unexpected combat circumstances in order to train brave and able future combat heroes on every training ground.

Stressing that it is the primary duty of the People's Army to make full preparations for a war, he underlined the need for all the service personnel to firmly arm themselves with the strong will against the enemy and thoroughgoing outlook on war that they have to change history without fail if a war breaks out, and continue to spur the war preparations by adding to their current fervent training enthusiasm."

That day, transport planes carrying the airborne troops appeared in the sky above the training ground and the paratroopers showered down on a simulated enemy position.

Watching the training of the air-borne soldiers, Kim Jong Un said their bravery vividly represents the invincible fighting spirit and valour of the Korean People's Army. And he highly praised them for being not only strong in their political and ideological readiness but also well prepared in terms of military technique and physical strength.

After a while, he gave a new order to hold an automatic rifle shooting contest between the units that participated in the training before heading for the firing range.

The paratroopers took the firing positions right after their landing and conducted firing.

The firing came to an end, the appraisal of shooters' points started and the points of the last shooter were also checked.

Kim Jong Un, who was watching the whole process of firing, called a soldier who got the highest marks in the live firing contest to his side.

Looking at the soldier with an air of satisfaction, he proposed posing for a picture with the rifle in his hands as a keepsake. Then he had a picture taken with the soldier, putting his arm on his shoulder.

His warm affection and love for the service personnel became the motive force evoking their enthusiasm for training and competitive spirit to the maximum.

The actual war capacity of the People's Army is improved all the more under the energetic leadership of Kim Jong Un who is leading the whole army to bring about great change in the completion of its combat preparedness while initiating the crack shot and crack gunner movement and organizing and commanding numerous operational and combat drills as well.
