Organizations of broad stripes in the Republic of Korea are continuously waging the struggle to denounce the US moves for strengthening the nuclear war alliance and demand the impeachment of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is worsening war crisis as the chieftain of the war shock brigade.
Over 400 civic and public organizations held a rally around the US military base in Phyongthaek of Kyonggi Province and declared an anti-war peace action on July 27.
Speakers at the rally said the United States is forcing a war for realizing its strategy for world supremacy in the Indo-Pacific region through the strengthening of war alliance and military cooperation with the Republic of Korea and Japan, and emphasized that they would wage the anti-US, anti-war and anti-Yoon Suk Yeol struggle more vigorously.
An anti-war peace declaration was read out at the rally.
The Progressive Federation of Students also held a press conference before the presidential office in Seoul on the 27th and condemned the crimes of puppet Yoon Suk Yeol who is making frantic efforts to strengthen the nuclear war alliance with the United States and Japan.
Speakers referred to the struggle for impeaching Yoon Suk Yeol and opposing war waged in different parts of the country including Seoul from the 15th and announced that the students will actively join in the mass candlelight resistance of the people from all walks of life.
