New houses, a product of the regional development in the new era, have been built at the Sangphyong Stockbreeding Farm in the city of Kim Chaek under the care of the Central Committee of the great Workers' Party of Korea.
The single-story, terraced and low-story houses for hundreds of families retaining the characteristics of the mountainous region and clearly showing the modernity and diversity provide the farmers with convenience in life. They are a crystallization of love brought by the energetic leadership of the motherly Party that regards the people as God.
A meeting was held on the spot with the attendance of Han Yong Song, Secretary of the North Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials of the Party and government organs and builders in the city and agricultural workers to move into the new houses.
A congratulatory address was delivered by Pak Myong Ho, Chairman of the North Hamgyong Provincial People's Committee. Permits for use of the houses were conveyed to the farmers and speeches made.
Then, people moved into the new houses and officials congratulated them.
