Secretaries and department directors of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea accompanying the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who visited the flooded areas in North Phyongan Province again went to the city of Sinuiju and Uiju County on August 9 to learn about the damage and preparations for its rehabilitation.
