Russia’s first deputy permanent representative to the United Nations denounced the West for sponsoring terrorism at the UN Security Council meeting on terror threat on August 8.
He disclosed that the Ukrainian rogues have recently committed terrorist attacks against Kursk by using weapons provided by the West, asserting that the Ukrainian authorities do not hesitate to openly use terrorist methods under the supervision of NATO guardians and in close cooperation with them.
The weapons supplied by the West to Ukraine fall into the hands of criminal and terrorist organizations in different parts of the world and this has been confirmed by the representatives of African countries and law enforcement agencies in Europe, he said.
Russia calls on the relevant organ of the UN to scrutinize the roles of the West’s special agencies organizing and cooperating with terrorist acts and of the Ukrainian stooges, instead of denying such information, though belatedly, and make a proper assessment, he noted.
