In retrospect, every page of the DPRK history is resplendent with the heroic feats of the young people who dedicated their passion true to the call of the Workers’ Party of Korea.
Immediately after liberation of the country, the young people were in the vanguard of building a new Korea, the prosperous independent and sovereign state on the complete debris caused by the Japanese imperialists.
The startling miracle of having realized the socialist industrialization in a short period of 14 years was also performed by the young people who displayed their fighting spirit and passion true to the WPK’s call.
The Hero Youth Motorway and other monumental structures, named in combination with the name of youth, were built in every part of the country in such a grim period when the socialist cause was frustrated in many countries of East Europe. They are also associated with indomitable mental power and inexhaustible strength of the young people who are boundlessly loyal to the WPK.
The DPRK young people are now dedicating their passion in major fronts of the socialist construction with the courage and pluck that they will do everything with sure if it is the call of the WPK.
