Pyongyang, September 11 (KCNA) -- Meetings of members of the Socialist Women's Union of Korea (SWUK), who have distinguished themselves in displaying noble traits, were held in North and South Phyongan and Hwanghae and Kangwon provinces and Nampho Municipality.
Present there were leading Party officials, officials of the women's union, activists in displaying noble traits and union members in those regions.
Reports were made at the meetings to be followed by speeches.
The reporters and speakers noted that the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un showed the highest trust and warm love for the union members and other women who have striven to do things helpful to the country, stressing that their warm sincerity gave great strength to the Korean revolution advancing in the face of ordeals.
They said that the women's union officials and members have displayed the communist virtues and traits of helping and leading each other forward, giving priority to the state affairs to live up to the benevolence of the Party with loyalty, and a large number of patriots have been produced in the course.
They expressed the will to always trust and follow the Workers' Party of Korea and devote their pure conscience and sincere sweat and efforts to the worthwhile patriotic work for glorifying the era of our state-first principle by the united efforts based on loyalty and patriotism.
They stressed the need to pool patriotic mind and wisdom at every worksite for implementing the decisions of the plenary meetings of the WPK Central Committee and bring about the harmony of society and families, bearing in mind the trust of the Party which put forward the women as a powerful force pushing one of the two wheels of the revolutionary chariot.
They called upon all the women's union officials and members to bring a rosy future of the country and dynamically promote the great transformation of the times with the strong spiritual power and patriotic devotion of the Korean women, true to the ideology and leadership of Kim Jong Un . -0-
