The South Hamgyong Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Management Bureau is developing itself by dint of science and technology.
The bureau strengthens its own sci-tech forces and provides the technical development groups with good conditions for researches. The factory has already set a high goal of technical innovations for development of new products and improvement of their quality. In order to hit the goal it helps the producer-masses improve their technical knowledge and skills and operates all the production processes in a scientific and technological way. In this way the factory is developing and producing good-quality functional foods favoured by the people.
