Agreement on cooperation between DPRK Ministry of IT Industry and Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media signed

An agreement on cooperation in the field of communications and information technology and digital development between the Ministry of IT Industry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and the Mass Media of the Russian Federation was signed in Pyongyang on October 30.
Present at the signing ceremony from the Korean side were Jang Yong Gil, Vice-Minister of IT Industry, and officials concerned and from the Russian side, members of the delegation of the DPRK-Russia IT goods exhibition headed by Andrei Zarenin, Vice-Minister of Digital Development, Communications and the Mass Media, and Alexandr Matsegora, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the DPRK.
Jang Yong Gil and Andrei Zarenin signed the agreement.
Then, there was a working interview for implementation of the agreement.
On the same day, Minister of IT Industry Ju Yong Il met and had a talk with the delegation of the DPRK-Russia IT goods exhibition headed by Vice-Minister Andrei Zarenin.
