Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- The Israeli troops have come under worldwide criticism for committing massacres in Gaza Strip. The world was again stunned by the recently revealed fact that they have used innocent Palestinians as "human shields."

Such fact was opened to public recently by the testimonies of an Israeli soldier and five Palestinian victims.

The Israeli soldier testified that his unit detained Palestinian civilians to use them as "human shields" when searching dangerous places.

The civilian victims said that the Israeli soldiers addressed the victims in military uniforms and put cameras on them before pushing them into the buildings and tunnels likely to be hideouts of Hamas combatants or booby-trapped areas.

According to their testimonies, Israeli troops stormed a dwelling and killed all inhabitants except a teenager. Then they handcuffed him and dragged him into minefields.

It is not the first time for the Israeli troops to commit such atrocity.

Israeli troops had used Palestinians as "human shields" on the West Bank of the Jordan River in 2005, provoking international human rights organizations' protest and condemnation.

The recently revealed fact goes to prove that the misanthropy of the Israeli forces making no scruple of taking hostage even innocent civilians, an evil habit of murderers, has assumed the "legitimate" nature to be an ordinary and undisguised act.

Israeli brasshats openly call for "sacrificing the lives of Palestinians and disregarding international law to save the lives of Israeli troops." No wonder, even a military term meaning such human shield has been produced by them.

International law bans using civilians as a cover for military action or forcibly mobilizing them for military operation.

Nevertheless, the Zionists are using innocent civilians as shields under the pretext of "annihilating Hamas," making even terrorists feel ashamed in their brutality. This brings to light the true colors of the Israeli army as the modern-day terrorist group that has plunged the whole Middle East into the quagmire of a bloody war.

The U.S., called the "terrorist kingpin ", has trained, patronized and supported in an all-round way such hideous Israeli brutes indulging in genocide and territorial expansion in disregard of the international community's denunciation.

As long as the evil empire U.S. and its henchmen seeking to unhesitatingly sacrifice all humanity to fulfil their hegemonic design and interests go scot-free, bloodbath will not stop on the earth.

If you don't want to fall victim as "human shields" of murderers, you must consolidate more firmly your national defences that guarantee your dignity and destiny as human beings.

This is the bitter lesson taught by the Palestinian situation. -0-
