Modern dwelling houses have been built at the Yanggok and Manjong farms in Paegam County.
A meeting was held on the spot with the attendance of Kim Pom, Secretary of the Ryanggang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned, builders and agricultural workers at the Yanggok and Manjong farms.

Permits for the use of new houses were conveyed and speeches made.
