A happy event occurred at the Taedae Vegetable Farm and the Ryongnam Farm in Waudo District when new entities representing the rural civilization in the era of the Workers' Party are built one after another in the modern port city of Nampho.
The construction of peculiar houses for hundreds of families with all living conditions and environment clearly proves the validity and vitality of the programme for the socialist rural revolution presented by the Workers' Party of Korea.
Meetings were held at the farms with the participation of Choe Ung Chol, Secretary of the Nampho Municipal Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, officials of the Party and government organs in Waudo District and agricultural workers. Congratulatory addresses were delivered, permits for the use of the houses conveyed and speeches made.
The speakers said the provision of modern houses to ordinary agricultural workers free of charge can be found only in the socialist system of Korean style and shouted hurrah for the Workers' Party.
