Kim Tok Hun, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister SonexaySiphandone on December 2 on the occasion of the 49th founding anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.

The message expressed the expectation that the traditional relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would be expanded and developed.
