The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea made public an official notice on the convocation of the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK on the 5th.
According to the notice, the Standing Committee of the SPA shall inform its deputies that the 12th Session of the 14th SPA will be convened in Pyongyang on January 22, 2025.
The 12th Session of the 14th SPA shall discuss the issue on work done by the Cabinet of the DPRK in 2024 and tasks for 2025, the issue on settlement of the state budget for 2024 and the state budget for 2025, the issue on examining and adopting the Law on Building Material Industry and the Law on Offshore Culture, the issue on work done by the Central Court in 2024, the issue on revising some provisions of the Socialist Constitution and the organizational issue.
The registration of deputies shall be made on January 20 and 21, 2025, it noted.
