Dynamic Technical Innovation for Increasing Variety of Products and Raising Their Quality

The Sariwon Condiments Factory has waged the mass technical innovation drive purposefully to produce better and more goods favored by the people true to the Party’s idea of attaching importance to science and technology.
The factory, mindful of the intention of the Party which set it as the primary task for improving the quality of condiments, has intensified the organizational and political work for giving full play to its employees’ creativity on the basis of a realistic step-by-step plan.
It has strengthened the role of the non-permanent sci-tech examination and introduction committee and significantly organized goods show and technical Innovation contest to arouse the enthusiasm of the producers while pushing ahead with the work methodologically for updating the package and trademark design and increasing varieties of the products.
As a result, with the development of 30-odd new products, dozens of valuable technical innovation plans were introduced this year.
Meanwhile, the factory has set an innovation goal to keep the taste of soy and bean paste, a processing foodstuffs peculiar to our nation, and developed the health foodstuffs made with local raw materials including various soy and bean paste, thus winning popularity among inhabitants.
Technicians and skilled workers of the factory re-assembled the enzymolysis tank suited to the reality and manufactured the equipment capable of ensuring appropriate temperature to fermentation process, improving qualitative index of soy and bean paste and increasing their output.
The technicians and workers of the Sariwon Condiments Factory honored with the title of Twice Model Technical Innovation Unit have put further spurs to technical innovation and production with the enthusiasm for successfully concluding this year with clear success in increasing variety and improving quality.
