Reply message to President of State Affairs Kim Jong Un from Lao President
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the DPRK, recently received a reply message from Thongloun Sisoulith, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
The message said: I express heartfelt thanks to you for the the warm and good congratulations and best wishes you sent to the Lao party, government and people and to me on the occasion of the 49th founding anniversary of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
I am very pleased at the fact that the traditional friendship and excellent cooperative relations between the Lao People's Democratic Republic and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea have been constantly expanded and strengthened in recent years. I express the belief that the wonderful relations between our two parties and states and peoples of the two countries would continue to be developed in depth and thus it would bring substantial interests to the two peoples and promote the cooperative relations for peace, stability and development of the region and the world.
The message wished Kim Jong Un good health and happiness and greater success in accomplishing his noble and honourable cause and the fraternal Korean people sustained happiness and prosperity on the occasion of the New Year 2025.
