The State Commission of Science and Technology is taking active measures to carry out the major research tasks.
The commission offers conditions for implementing the tasks including the provision of scientific and technical guarantee to produce major materials widely used in different sectors of the national economy with domestic raw materials and the completion of the Korean-style iron-making technology.
It works out detailed stepwise plans to establish the techniques for breeding and cultivating high-yielding spring wheat and barley, solve the technical problems arising in improving the quality of school uniforms, produce medicines and intermediate medicines with domestic raw materials and establish the wheat flour improvement agent production process.
On this basis, it confirms the practical ways for successfully carrying out the research tasks in contact with institutions concerned.
