The Democratic People's Republic of Korea witnesses exciting days of great transformation and prosperity of the regions this year under the leadership of the Central Committee of the great Workers' Party of Korea for the people's well-being.
A grand ceremony was held on the 20th to declare the inauguration of the regional-industry factories in Onchon County of the city of Nampho.
Present at the inaugural ceremony were officials and working people in the city of Nampho and Onchon County, soldier-builders and employees of the regional-industry factories.
In his inaugural address, Chief Secretary of the Nampho Municipal Committee of the WPK Ri Jae Nam said the wonderful regional-industry factories have been built in less than one year since the historic task of overall development of the regional industry was adopted as the most important political assignment of the Party and the state and the ground broken for their construction. He stressed that it is a fruition of the energetic leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who works heart and soul to provide the regional people with the civilization envied by the world.
Ryu Song Chol, Chief Secretary of the Onchon County Committee of the WPK, made a speech and the managers of the factories cut the inaugural tape.
After the ceremony, the participants looked round the factories equipped with modern processes for producing different kinds of foodstuffs, daily necessaries and clothes and cultural and welfare facilities.
That day, fireworks were set off to celebrate the inauguration of the regional-industry factories.
