Pak Song Chol, Chief Secretary of the Jagang Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, made an inaugural address.
He stressed that the proud results achieved on this land under the great revolutionary leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who makes painstaking efforts to provide all the people with the happiest new life more firmly convince them of the truth that their happy today and bright future are guaranteed only in the embrace of the WPK.

After the ceremony, the participants looked round the factories.
