The modern regional-industry factories built in different parts of the DPRK are bringing about an upswing in production.
The regional-industry factories, including comprehensive foodstuff production base whose production processes are put on a germ- and dust-free basis and which is equipped with diverse facilities, clearly prove the validity and vitality of the policy of the Workers’ Party Korea on regional development, ensuring the quality of products and putting production on normal track.
City and county Party committees in different parts of the country are conducting an organizational and political work to ensure that the newly-built factories serve as fortresses for improving the people’s living standards in their regions.
Lecturers, researchers, and highly skilled workers of industrial establishments in the capital city went to cities and counties to give sci-tech lectures and pass on technique while solving problems arising in managing the factories.
Officials and employees of regional-industry factories, who have become the masters of new workplaces, are directing their efforts to developing new products based on regional raw materials and resources and improving the quality of consumer goods and increasing their production.
