The Nampho Municipal School Uniform Factory is bringing about an upsurge in school uniform production.
The factory’s goal is to produce and supply uniforms for new students according to school types such as primary and middle schools and university or college as scheduled prior to the new school year. The technical preparation room, cutting workteam, packing workteam and others have all made innovations in their work.
The most important thing in the business activities of the factory is to attach importance to talents and equipment and to improve quality of products.
True to the noble intention of the Workers’ Party of Korea which spares nothing for younger generations, the producers work hard to improve the quality of products and increase the rate of production.
The factory puts in special efforts to enhance their technical knowledge and skills and increase the ranks of skilled workers.
To this end, it makes sure that the sci-tech learning space is provided with data on advanced techniques to diffuse new techniques and that skilled workers pass on techniques to inexperienced workers. As a result many of the employees have become highly skilled workers.
It has positively introduced technical innovation plans presented by the producer masses, thus increasing productivity two times more than that in the same period of last year.
The technical preparation room has integrated science and technology with production by giving precedence to designing and by intensifying process guidance to workteams.
The cutting workteam has saved a lot of materials to secure reserves for production and needle workers have enhanced their technical knowledge and skills to shorten the time of processing school uniforms according to types.
The factory has thus overfulfilled its daily plan.
