Pyongyang, March 28 (KCNA) -- Different parts of the DPRK strive to develop their regions.
North Hamgyong Province is building up the force of skilled construction workers as part of the work to speed up rural housing construction.
The province has directed efforts to strengthening the material and technical foundations of city and county construction brigades while training more skilled workers with its own efforts.
It set those units making successes in rural housing construction by the strengthened force of skilled workers as models and has generalized their good experience.
North Hwanghae Province directs efforts to strengthening the foundation for building-materials production as required by the new era in which regions are undergoing changes.
The province is stepping up the work to finish the projects for expanding the production capacities of Unpha and Kyongam cement factories with good productive prospects within this year.
