Pyongyang, April 12 (KCNA) -- Many art works have been created in the DPRK decades after decades to represent the boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung who is always alive in the hearts of the Korean people as a peerless patriot and great sage of the revolution.

Such works as oil paintings "The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung receiving two pistols from his mother" and "The great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung marching towards the homeland again" tell the immortal exploits of the President, who embarked on the road of revolution in his early years and accomplished the historic cause of national liberation by waging a protracted bloody war against the Japanese imperialist aggressors.

A Korean painting "In days when the national flag and emblem of new Korea came into being" praises the eternal exploits of the President who built a new democratic country for the first time in the Korean nation's history of 5 000 years and turned it into a dignified People's Republic and a socialist state independent in politics, self-supporting in the economy and self-reliant in national defence.

The works depicting the great personality of the President, who put forward the working class as the eldest son of the country in each annals of the revolution and led them to perform heroic feats in the van of a great revolutionary upsurge, were created to enrich the treasure house of Juche fine art.

An oil painting depicting the benevolent image of the President, who had shown all sorts of love and benevolence for the children, regarding them as the king of the country and precious treasure, still makes a deep impression on the people.

A Korean painting "Walking along the roads between farm fields all his life" and an oil painting "Personally tasting soy and bean paste" and other fine art works impressively represent the President's noble traits as the popular leader, who made a ceaseless journey of devotion for the people, finding his pleasure in their happiness.

A Korean painting "Taking the people-bound train all his life" and other works show the image of the President who had continued his field guidance till the last moments of his revolutionary life. They make the visitors keenly feel once again how great person is the President.

Those significant pictures dealing with the immortal history of the peerlessly great man, who opened up a new history of our country always emerging victorious with the idea of believing in the people as in Heaven, are the most valuable national treasures that tell about the great personality and noble virtues of the President. -0-
