It is the noble intention of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un that the foundation of a country is the people and no state is greater than the country where the people are masters.
In the Democratic People's Republic of Korea it is the first duty of the state to regard the people as the most sacred and almighty beings and thoroughly protect and take care of them and the people's demands are considered to be the party and national policies.
Kim Jong Un regards it as an important policy of the Party and the state to provide the people with an affluent and civilized life and enables them to enjoy a happy life.
He visited the site for repairing flood damage in Taechong-ri, Unpha County of North Hwanghae Province, in September 2020.
That day, he said: Nothing is more important than living up to the trust of the people for our Party which regards it as its noble motto to believe in the people as in heaven and considers them to be the root of its existence. So our Party has bent all the state potentialities to the unprecedented grand rehabilitation campaign for defending the people's happiness.
Regarding the agony for the great people as the boundlessly supreme honour, our Party will take all necessary measures for the people and live up to their deep trust for sure, he added.
The DPRK is the one and only country for the people in the world, which respects the people as the God and spares nothing for them.
It gives top priority to and absolutizes the interests of the people and regards the people-first principle as its first national policy.
