Tens of thousands of officials, working people, service personnel of the People's Army and university students in all parts of the country visited the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu this significant year marking the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
The visitors included service personnel of the People's Army as well as officials, working people and university students of over 500 units including the Revolutionary Site Construction Bureau, the National Administration of Motion Picture Industry, the Sangwon Cement Complex and the Wonsan University of Education. Making a study tour of the battle sites in the Paektu associated with the indomitable revolutionary spirit of the anti-Japanese revolutionary forerunners, they felt the noble intention of the great Party Central Committee that enabled them to visit Mt. Paektu in winter.
