Kim Hyong Jik University of Education gives refresher training to teachers in an efficient way.
The university worked out realistic stepwise plans to steadily improve the contents and forms of in-service training which plays an important role in firmly building up the teachers' ranks at teachers training universities and colleges across the country, and is thoroughly implementing them.
It is directing primary efforts to further strengthening the material and technical foundations of the training centre for making a substantial contribution to the improvement of the teachers' qualifications and encouraging the instructors to guide the teaching in a scientific way.
The Teachers' In-Service Training Centre is drawing up a new curriculum and giving refresher training for writing, experiment and practice and so on according to the purpose and mission of the training course.
Officials and teachers of the university are constantly studying and applying new methods of in-service training for improving the teachers' qualifications at the teachers training universities and colleges.
