The schoolchildren's art troupe of the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace on a visit to the Maritime Territory of Russia gave its premiere at the Maritime Territory Branch of the Mariinsky Theatre of Russia on the 5th.
The performance was enjoyed by Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of the Maritime Territory Administration, personages of the territorial government, legislative assembly and children's organizations, teachers, students and citizens of Vladivostok and staff members of foreign consulates in Vladivostok.
It was also seen by Jo Sok Chol, Consul General of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Vladivostok, and staff members of his consulate.
The performance started with the prelude "We Are the Happiest in the World". Put on the stage were colourful items showing the bright and cheerful life of the Korean schoolchildren and Russian songs.
A floral basket was conveyed to the performers in congratulation of their successful performance.
