Receptions, book and photo exhibitions and film shows took place at the missions of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Shenyang of China, Viet Nam, Laos, India, Cambodia, Kuwait, Pakistan, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, South Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Algeria, Ethiopia, Egypt, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela, the DPRK permanent mission to the UN Secretariat in Geneva and International Organizations and the DPRK permanent mission to the United Nations, between the 3rd and the 9th on the occasion of the 77th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Invited to the events were personages of governments, parliaments, political parties, organizations and institutions and foreign diplomatic representatives in those countries. And present there were officials of the DPRK missions.
Projected in the film shows were documentaries and video programs showing the spirit of advance, invincible might and proud development of the DPRK which is making the overall development of socialism under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea and the happy life of the people.
Speakers at the events paid the highest respects to the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il who put forward the original idea and line of state building and performed the immortal exploits for the founding, strengthening and development of the genuine democratic independent state with their outstanding leadership ability.
They stressed that socialism of Juche, where the people are leading a genuine and happy life, will be ever-victorious under the seasoned leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un.
