Pyongyang, October 3 (KCNA) -- A meeting took place at the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station on Thursday to mark the tenth anniversary of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un 's field guidance at the power station.
Kim Jong Un , who is paying deep attention to developing the country's electric power industry, visited the power station on October 3, 2015 to give precious instructions for its operation.
He highly appreciated the feats performed by the members of the youth shock brigade who built the power station, and indicated the issues of properly conducting management of equipment and technical control, perfecting the integrated control system and covering the surroundings of the dam with trees and flowers.
Present at the meeting were officials concerned and officials and employees of the power station.
Kim Kang Il, manager of the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station, made a report.
The reporter said that over the past decade the officials and employees of the power station introduced valuable technical innovations, managed hydraulic structures in a responsible manner and put production on a scientific and IT basis, thus fulfilling the national economic plan without fail.
He called upon the officials and employees of the power station to continue achieving proud successes in the production of electricity, cherishing the pride and honor of working at the glorious workplace associated with the leadership exploits of the Workers' Party of Korea. -0-
