Receptions, book and photo exhibitions, film shows and other events took place at the missions of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in Shenyang and Dandong of China, Viet Nam, Laos, Mongolia, Singapore, Iran, India, Indonesia, Cambodia, Pakistan, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Belarus, Switzerland, Austria, Italy, the Czech Republic, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, Algeria, Egypt, Ethiopia, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela between October 1 and 13 on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea.
Invited to the events were personages of government organs, parliaments, political parties, organizations and institutions in the given countries and foreign diplomatic representatives in different countries. Present there were staff members of the DPRK missions.
Films and video programs were screened at the film shows, which show the spirit of advance and inexhaustible national might of the DPRK making an overall development of socialism under the leadership of the great Party and the happy life of the people.
Speeches were made at the events.
