Letter to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from participants in 18th Pyongyang Int'l Film Festival

The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, received a letter from the participants in the 18th Pyongyang International Film Festival on the 27th.
The letter said they exchanged successes and experiences for the development of national films and deepened the ties of friendship in the period of the 18th Pyongyang International Film Festival, and expressed deep thanks to His Excellency respected Kim Jong Un for having shown meticulous concern and warm hospitality to them so that the festival could be held successfully on a high level.
The period of our sojourn was not long, but looking round different places including Hwasong Street, we could see, feel and experience the vibrant spirit and happy laughter of the Korean people, the letter said and continued:
The world film workers loving justice and truth get great strength and courage from the reality that under the extraordinary leadership of Your Excellency esteemed Kim Jong Un, the broad avenue of peace and prosperity is open and dramatic changes are made in the international political structure today.
We, who assume the mission of representing justice and conscience and leading the times, will take an active part in the Pyongyang International Film Festival with the films which contribute to opposing all sorts of subjugation and inequality and achieving social prosperity and progress common to humanity with the great strength of film art and reflect the ideals of independence, peace and friendship.
The letter sincerely wished His Excellency respected Kim Jong Un good health and welfare for the eternal happiness and everlasting prosperity of the Korean people and the global independence and peace.
