Modern rural houses have been built in Kumbu-ri of Sakju County and Tanghu-ri of Phihyon County of North Phyongan Province.
Meetings were held on the spots with the attendance of Choe Yong Man, Chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, officials of the Party and government organs in the province and Sakju and Phihyon counties, builders and agricultural workers.
Congratulatory addresses were delivered, permits for the use of houses conveyed and other speeches made.
The speakers said with excitement that there are many countries in the world but only the Democratic People's Republic of Korea with the respected Marshal Kim Jong Un as the father has set the housing construction for the farmers as a state policy.
Performances were given and officials called on farmers to share joy with them.
In the meantime, the city of Nampho, the gateway to the capital city of Pyongyang, has witnessed the happy event of removal into new houses one after another and new modern houses have been built at the Songam Farm in Taean District.
