Choe Hye Yong is a doctor at the conservative dental department of the dental branch under the Pothonggang District Hospital. Anyone who has ever received treatment from her praises her.

She pays close attention to minimizing pains of patients when treating dental diseases, especially dental caries and pulpitis.

She developed the method of applying mugwort essential oil to the treatment of pulp congestion. Recently, she has introduced a low-frequency treatment device to the treatment of chronic periodontitis, alleviating the pain of patients and shortening the treatment period.
Over the past 10-odd years she has devoted all her sincerity to the treatment of merited persons of socialist patriotism, war veterans, honoured disabled soldiers, teachers, researchers and builders.
