Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) -- The photo exhibitions "Holding aloft the banner of self-reliance" are going on in all provinces (municipalities) of the DPRK to celebrate the 84th birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il .
On the occasion of the auspicious February holiday, his birth anniversary, many officials, working people, youth and students are visiting the venues of the exhibitions with their boundless reverence for Kim Jong Il , the sacred image of socialist Korea and great sage of the revolution.
On display at the venues are photos dealing with the immortal revolutionary history of Kim Jong Il who made the Party, state and people dignified and firmly laid the eternal foundations for a thriving country.
Photos of Kim Jong Il giving field guidance at the Hungnam Fertilizer Complex and the construction site of the Samsu Power Station show the shining life of the Chairman who trained the people to be strong in spiritual strength by creating the new spirit and speed of the era.
Also there are photos of the respected General Secretary Kim Jong Un giving field guidance at the Wonsan Army-People Power Station, the Sinuiju Chemical Fibre Mill and the Ryongsong Machine Complex.
