The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un looked round the newly-built Pothong Riverside Terraced Residential District on April 2, 2022.

Officials had let the builders plant such trees as azalea and golden bell in the green area, thinking that those trees would blossom in spring every year to add beauty to the residential district.
Kim Jong Un told them that they can put humus soil and gravel and plant roses in the green area, adding that azalea, golden bell and the like are not so see-worthy as they are in and out of bloom once in April, but roses are of great ornamental value as they remain in bloom between May and November.
As said above, he thinks deeply and makes painstaking efforts for the people without being indifferent to even a blade of grass and a flowering tree.
That day he gave the officials detailed instructions on making good preparations for the inaugural ceremony, Ri Yu Jong living in Kyongru-dong said and continued:
"The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un beamed all over his face as if picturing the happy people to himself and said the temperature of the air-conditioners in the rooms should be set at 21℃ on the day of inaugural ceremony lest the people should feel cold.
He is like our father who not only had the wonderful houses built but paid concern even to the room temperature for the people who would enter their new flats after participating in the inaugural ceremony."
Indeed, Kyongru-dong is a noble crystallization of Kim Jong Un's ardent love and affection for the people and his devoted service for their well-being.
