There is the modern Pyongyang Taedonggang Fish Restaurant on the bank of the River Taedong in Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The restaurant fully equipped with wonderful service conditions has indoor ponds for different kinds of freshwater fish and sea fish and diverse forms of dinning rooms. So it can cook and serve various kinds of delicious fishes on the spot.
And all sorts of processed marine products are sold at the processed goods counters built to suit the characteristics of the restaurant.
One day in June 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the newly-built Pyongyang Taedonggang Fish Restaurant.
That day he looked round the processed fish counters on the second floor of the restaurant.
There were display stands full of marine products such as sturgeons, salmons, mirror carps, tunas, hairy crabs and Chinoecetes opilio, and tens of fridges for keeping processed marine products.
Looking at the fridges one by one, Comrade Kim Jong Un fixed his eyes on the temperature display.
He said the temperature of the fridges should be regulated well and added: If the temperature is too low, cans and the like will be frozen. Then the canned fish will not be tasty.
Later, the Pyongyang Taedonggang Fish Restaurant took measures to regulate the temperature of the fridges better so as to serve the customers with fresh processed marine products.
