The respected Comrade General Secretary Kim Jong Un , together with officials, went to the spot on a rubber boat to learn about the damage of flood-hit areas.

Unlike rivers and seas, the flooded area could be a dangerous rock area where it was unable to figure out the flow, direction and depth of water. The accompanying officials were not aware of what thinking was kept in the mind of him looking silently at the view of flooded areas.
On the rubber boat, the General Secretary made a crucial decision to clean up everything in the flooded areas and build wonderful new houses and erect a strong embankment like a fortress so as to provide the inhabitants in flood-hit areas with better living conditions.
That day, he went round the flooded areas on the rubber boat for nearly two hours.
