One day in May 2015, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Sinpho Distant-Sea Fishery Complex.
That day, he was most concerned about the issue related to science and technology.
When he dropped in at the sci-tech learning space of the complex, he said it is good to disseminate science and technology among the employees and added that all people as well as the scientists and technicians should take part in the sci-tech researches.
He also said all the people should be well versed in modern science and technology and solve the problems by dint of science and technology and that the complex should not rest content with the construction of the base for disseminating science and technology but furnish itself with a lot of valuable sci-tech data suited to the world trend so that the people can make active use of them.
The instructions given by Comrade Kim Jong Un on the day carried his noble intention that all the working people should make a contribution to prosperity of the country as masters of science and technology and those in charge of their development.
