The Wonsan Disabled Soldiers’ Bag Factory is located in Kangwon Province in the central part of the country, which contributes to improving the people’s living standards in the province.
The factory turns out tens of kinds of bags for children and women, suitcases, knapsacks and handbags.
Most of its employees are disabled soldiers who fought devotedly for the country and the people during their service in the Korean People’s Army. They are still performing great feats of labour in production.
While strictly observing the technical regulations and standard operating instructions in such production lines as cutting, sewing and printing, they are positively introducing various jigs and technical conceptions into sewing machines.
Fresh and innovative plans for development of new products and improvement of their quality, presented at the products show held on a regular basis, are applied into production, whipping up the zeal for competition between workers and workteams.
The bags of the factory were highly appreciated for their elegant shapes and colours and practicability at the national bag show-2018.
In the run-up to the new school year, its workers are producing satchels with various shapes and colours according to schools and sexes. The bags’ fresh designs depict animation pictures and figures that are suited to primary school children’s mind, and their ground colours, straps and other elements fully meet with students’ habits, tastes, ages and psychological and physical qualities.
