A DPRK-China friendship meeting for the Lunar New Year’s Day was co-sponsored by the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, the DPRK-China Friendship Association, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of China and the Chinese Embassy here at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club on January 14.
Present there were Pak Kyong Il, Vice-Chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries and Chairman of the DPRK-China Friendship Association, officials of the Association, officials concerned and Li Jinjun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the PRC to the DPRK, and his Embassy members.
The participants looked round photos introducing the development of China and customs of the people and the intangible cultural heritages created by the Chinese people like handicrafts showing national talents and traditional foods.
They talked to each other about further developing the relations between the two countries as required by the new era, deepening their friendly feelings.
