Officials in the hygienic and anti-epidemic sector across the country are firmly resolved to more steadfastly defend the front line of epidemic prevention true to the Party’s intention of maintaining the rigid state measures for checking the viral influx into our country in the light of the continuous spread of the worldwide pandemic.
Officials and workers of the Haeju City Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Center are taking detailed measures for tightening up anti-epidemic observation on the seaside and its surroundings and rules on sea entry and exit in keeping with the characteristics of the city as a coastal region.
They are normalizing the disinfection of public places in the city and are properly organizing the work of producing and supplying plenty of disinfectants as well.
The Hyesan City Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Center is conducting hygienic information services in a persevering manner to make all the residents participate in the hygienic and anti-epidemic work with utmost vigilance in line with the characteristics of the border region. And it strongly demands they strictly observe the quarantine regulations in daily work and life.
It ensured that daily disinfection is conducted in the regions under its charge and learned about its drainage system as a whole before taking necessary measures.
Quarantine officials of the Taesong District Hygienic and Anti-epidemic Center frequently conduct explanation and information services at factories, enterprises, farms and residential quarters in a substantial manner to urge residents to wear facial masks as laid down by the rules, often wash their hands and drink boiled water.
They are also engaging themselves in daily disinfection in conformity with the quarantine regulations.
They disinfect water supply and drainage facilities in the district and check water quality in a more responsible manner.
Together with this, they regularly produce and supply effective disinfectants and ensure that all units rigidly conduct disinfection.
Moreover, taking into account the characteristics of the district with a farm and mountains, they are keeping a close eye on dangerous factors to prevent the epidemic from spreading through birds and animals and calling upon the residents to inform relevant units of any abnormal phenomena as soon as they are detected.
