Ugandan High-Level Officials Demand Withdrawal of U.S. Hostile Policy towards DPRK

Jong Tong Hak, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea(DPRK) to the Republic of Uganda met with Kirunda Kivejinja, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda, Alice Kaboyo, Senior Adviser to President, and Patrick Mwesijwe, Director of Presidential Office, respectively, on June 16, and discussed the issues of developing the relations between the two countries.
Reaffirming their readiness to actively contribute to improving bilateral relations, they said that achieving genuine peace on the Korean peninsula and in the region demands a complete withdrawal of the U.S. hostile policy towards the DPRK and that they extend invariable support and encouragement to the struggle of the government and people of the DPRK for justice and peace.
