Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un Receives Congratulations from President of Vietnam

Respected Comrade Kim Jong Un , President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, received a congratulatory message from Comrade Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, on March 23.
The message said:
I, on behalf of the Vietnamese state and people, extend the best congratulations to you Comrade as regards your continued assumption of office as the President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea at the First Session of the 15 th Supreme People’s Assembly.
The Vietnamese people are rejoiced over the important successes achieved by the fraternal Korean people over the past years and are convinced that under your leadership, the Korean state and people will continue to implement the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the Party and achieve lots of new successes in the cause of building a powerful nation by displaying the spirit of unity and self-reliance and self-development, thus contributing to promoting the socio-economic development, improving the people’s standard of living and augmenting the national potentials.
Highly appreciating that the traditional relations of friendship between Vietnam and the DPRK have achieved excellent development over the past years, I hope that we will together cultivate and promote the bilateral relations to further develop in depth substantially and effectively day by day for the interests of the peoples of the two countries and for the regional and global peace, stability and development.
I wish you good health and happiness and many successes in your noble duties.
I wish the fraternal DPRK prosperity and the Korean people peace and happiness with each passing day.
