Kim Jong Un , Chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK, sent a message of greetings to Bashar Al-Assad, President of the Syrian Arab Republic, on September 11.
Chairman Kim Jong Un in the message extended warm congratulations to the Syrian President on his 55th birthday.
He said in the message that the Korean people are pleased to see that the friendly government and people of Syria have firmly defended the sovereignty and dignity of the country under the correct leadership of their President.
He in the message sincerely wished the Syrian President good health as well as greater success in his responsible work, expressing his belief that the long-standing relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger in the future.
